Infinix Zero 5 Pro Full Review – A Phone for Camera Freaks.

Infinix Zero 5 Pro

For those who haven’t seen the Infinix Zero 5 and the Pro version. They aren’t the same even though one might say they belong to the same ‘family’. It’s no breaking news that out of the Infinix Zero series, 5 Pro is the fifth. One may be tempted to say the Zero series is designed for Selfies and Camera freaks out there but a look back at the Zero 5 model, would make you think twice. Here is the Infinix Zero 5 Pro Full Review.

Before we go on with the Specifications of the phone, you can get the phone online on all the major e-commerce stores and if you want to have a first-hand feel, you can always get it offline in stores like Slot and 3C hub amongst other stores.

Design and Hardware of the Infinix Zero 5 Pro.

–    Design

Of course, the first thing you look at on a phone is the design next to the hardware. Both let you form your impression of the phone. So, what do we think of the hardware and design of the phone? The Infinix Zero 5 Pro has a good design. Nicely built, it has this premium and luxury look. What we love about this phone is how it perfectly interprets Infinix intention to think out of their box. It doesn’t look like you regular Infinix Smartphones. The keys (both Volume and Power button) can be easily accessed on the right side of the phone.

Most phones have their fingerprint sensor at the back, the Infinix Zero 5 Pro’s fingerprint sensor is located at the back coupled with the dual camera set up which we will talk about shortly.

–    Display

Just like the Infinix Zero 5, the Pro version also comes with a 5.98 – inch display screen plus a 1080 X 1920 pixels screen resolution. The viewing angles are good and the entire screen is responsive. Using under direct sunlight won’t be a problem.

Most phone buyers look out for the camera features battery capacity and display features of a phone. speaking of phones with the quality display, the Infinix Zero 5 Pro is a good example of what a phone’s display should be. Rather than a thinner bezel, the screen comes with a thick bezel around it. Some buyers feel it should be the other way around, a thinner bezel rather than the thick one used.

–    Battery

The 4350mAh battery lets you use the phone for up to 2 days. The interesting part is the fact that the 2 days is for heavy use. Which means you can play games, listen to your favorite music and surf your social networking sites without worrying about the battery running down.

–    Hardware of the Infinix Zero 5 Pro.

What makes the Infinix Zero 5 thick talking about the hardware section? The answer lies in the Android Nougat plus the XOS 3.0 coupled with the huge RAM size which stands at 6GB. The phone multitasks smoothly thanks to the Octa Core 2.6GHz Processor Speed which is from the Mali T880 GPU and the MediaTek MTK6757. The storage? That’s pretty huge. A 128GB ROM which can still be further expanded using a MicroSD card.

–    The Camera Performance of the Infinix Zero 5 Pro.

Why do we think it’s a phone designed for Camera Freaks? Well, the Camera performance is up there. The rear Cameras are pretty impressive. Dual 13MP Samsung one and the other 12MP. When the two rear cameras are combined, you get a Telephoto lens coupled with a wide-angle lens. Some other camera features of the phone include portrait mode and a dual camera set up. The portrait mode allows you to add a blurring effect to your pictures where you blur out the background of a picture while the subject stays in focus. Though this works well only with the right lighting.

The Final Verdict.

The Camera features, battery capacity, and entire performance make it a sort of phone you’d want to invest your money on. The affordability makes it a top choice.
